A: It’s affecting my mental health because I panic that I’m going to lose my job because of all of the late-running and cancelled trains and now the reduced service has made that worse. I feel in a state of panic all of the time and it’s making my life absolutely miserable.

Q: What is your view of the quality of information provided to passengers on delayed and cancelled services?
A: Terrible, they cancel the trains at the last minute, usually after they’ve displayed it as late for a few minutes first. Now they’ve taken away more services so I’m having to take an earlier train, if that gets cancelled then I have to wait an hour which then makes me late for work and I can’t afford to lose my job.
