The uncertainty of the next few months is also causing considerable distress and anxiety for lots of people. It is important to look after our mental health just as much as our physical health. It is a good idea to plan for a situation where you have to self-isolate again, thinking about how you will maintain contact with family and friends online and how you will access essentials.
